Yesterday I graduated from college. It feels wild but at the same time expected. All these years of education, and I finally have my diploma…and I am finished with classes, tests, and school!
Graduation ceremonies are so obviously not for the students but rather for the parents (donors) and others. Bloomberg was our speaker, kind of interesting but also very generic speech.
I am not a cynic but I certainly have my critiques of the American education system. This essay will not be that list (as I have done so in the past).
I am excited, nervous, scared, and confident that this next year will be the best year of my life. The only way I can assure that is if I buckle down and really start to focus. Very excited to try that out.
