What you remember

I spend probably an “above average” amount of time on personal reflection.

What you rememberI spend probably an “above average” amount of time on personal reflection.

I spend probably an “above average” amount of time on personal reflection.

I do think that the status quo is too low. People should spend more time becoming self aware. I think it leads to a greater life of purpose and fulfillment.

But those are really my own thoughts.

Today, I’m thinking lots about which moments I remember most.

Life moves quickly. You move around. You travel. You do work. You stop work. You eat. You hang out with friends. You play sports. You go to school.

We do all of these different things, but what do we remember at the end?

Do we remember all of those late nights studying? Or do we remember the times that we go for donuts with our friends?

Do we remember saying no? Or do we remember doing that crazy project late at night?

I love memories. I love doing things. I want to be able to look back on life and feel fulfilled.

Optimize for experiences. Unique experiences.

Those give me energy.
