Never Laugh at naïveté.

We were all young once. We were all foolish once. We were not born with all the answers.

Never Laugh at naïveté.We were all young once. We were all foolish once. We were not born with all the answers.

We were all young once. We were all foolish once. We were not born with all the answers.

We still do not have all the answers.

We all made mistakes. We all thought we were right, and then were wrong.

So why do we laugh at naïveté? Why do we discourage those less experienced? How do we think they learn if not by trying and failing?

I rarely make absolute statements. They are dangerous and binding.

“Always”

“Best”

“Worst”

Today, I use the word never. Powerful word.

Never laugh at naïveté.

I think the problem is that we often confuse lack of experience with ignorance. And therein lies our problem. While we have a right to deal with ignorance in our own ways, we should not have the same right towards someone less wise as a matter of lacking experience.

Why?

We all once lacked experience.

Often, the best ideas are born from naïveté. Let’s never forget that.
