Traditional resumes will no longer cut it. Whether you like it or not, millennials will be judged on much more than a piece a sheet of paper when they apply for their next job.
The modern resume is about the personal brand of the applicant. It involves any representation of that person on the internet.
The best applicants will take advantage of this, sooner rather than later, and build out their online persona.
So how can I capitalize?
Start now. Create your professional online presence. There are so many ways to start…how can you choose where to represent yourself?
Here is what I have:

A medium
And a biz twitter.
